Westin Downtown Denver Staycation

Over the Thanksgiving holiday we had a Staycation at Westin Downtown Denver and I was so thankful to explore Denver from a tourist point of view. We dined at Augusta Restaurant, ice skated at Southwest Rink at Skyline Park, and shopped at the Christkindl market. In short, it was a wonderful way to spend the long weekend.

The beds at Westin are amazing! From the bedding to the mattress, you can buy the whole collection online and take their comfort to your own home. The Heavenly beds are custom made pillow top mattresses and the bedding is high-end luxury thread counts. I think I slept on a cloud!

The coziness doesn't stop there, each room has two plush robes with slippers and a mini coffee bar so you can spend a long morning in bed. Once showered, I popped pack in bed with my laptop and drank coffee in my robe. I got a ton of blogging done and even updated the look of my blog.

The Westin Denver has other great amenities like an indoor/outdoor pool that is open year round, upgraded fitness center, a standalone Starbucks in the entrance, and The Palm restaurant on the first floor. I can't wait to go back and stay over the summer.
