About The Event

Join chef Alon Shaya & Pomegranate Hospitality for a preview of Safta- opening this summer in Denver, Colorado inside the Source Market Hall, at the RiNo Yacht Club. Chefs Alon Shaya and Zach Engel will serve a variety of hummus and pita bread cooked out of a mobile wood burning oven on site! Each ticket purchased includes one signed copy of Alon Shaya's cookbook "Shaya: An Odyssey of Food, My Journey Back to Israel" . Tattered Cover bookstore will be on site to provide additional copies for guests.
