I've been on the Whole30 diet which consists of fruits, veggies and protein. Ingredients like agave, milk, butter, sugar, gluten and other unhealthy ones are not Whole30 friendly. Eating out has been difficult unless I am the picky customer or I have steak and a sweet potato. However, I found a new favorite, Just Be Kitchen. They are extremely friendly to anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies. Most of the ingredients can be found on their menu.
They're so allergy friendly that my friends, Steve & Angie, from Allergen Free Bakes can eat there. They were enjoying a brunch date while we were there. If they can eat at a restaurant, then I know Just Be takes allergies seriously.
I know some people may be reading this and thinking that healthy, gluten free food is dry or tasteless. That is the opposite of Just Be's menu. The food is delicious. I had the Crave Burger and Lena had the Thrive Breakfast Sandwich. I can't wait to go back and try the Lust Meatzza. It's a sausage crust pizza!!! Yes, you read that correctly.
