EDGE Four Seasons Louis Roederer Cristal Dinner

Stop what you are doing and loop yourself in on every upcoming private dinner at EDGE Restaurant inside Four Seasons Denver. Last weekend I was invited as a guest of honor to join the Louis Roederer Cristal Dinner and it was one of the best dinner's I have been to. The private dining room has a glass wall that looks directly into the plating area of the kitchen. You can see all the action as they prepare your meal. There is also a door on that wall so that the chef and culinary team can enter the room to serve you directly from the line.

LOUIS ROEDERER WINES:

"The cuvées of the House of Louis Roederer are the fruit of patient work with fundamental ingredients, the collaboration of experts, a quest for the perfect balance, and hardy and generous grapes, cultivated in the Champagne soil, producing a wine with a summery character and crystalline elegance." Quoted from the Louis Roederer website.
